How do I book a collection?

How much do you charge for collection/delivery?
Within London and the Home Counties, there is no charge for our collection/delivery service. Outside of these areas, we offer a postal service. Click here to schedule a collection.
What do I need to do with my clothes before my collection?
Just have them ready to pick up. If you have any special instructions as to how you would like your items finished e.g. you like your knitwear folded over a hanger, just let our driver know when they collect. If you need advice about specific items, you can speak to our concierge team who will be happy to advise you. They are available by phone on 0208 809 3232 or by email at email@example.com
Can I leave my items with a neighbour, the reception desk or concierge?
Absolutely. Please just let us know when you make your booking.
How long will it take for my clothes to be returned?
Generally, we operate a seven day service. So, if we collect from you on a Monday, we will deliver your items back the following Monday. However, if required, we are able to offer a 72hr service for no additional charge or a 24hr service for a small surcharge. Please let our driver know if you require an express service.
Can I schedule a regular collection?
Absolutely! Most of our clients have a regular weekly collection/delivery slot. Our concierge team will be happy to arrange this for you.
Do I need to provide my own bag?
No. We will send you a welcome pack with your first order. This includes a personalised drop-and-go bag which you can use for all of your items going forward. If you ever need more drop and go bags, just let us know. We would be happy to provide you with more.
What should I do with my hangers and used packaging?
Please recycle it according to local restrictions or keep hold of it and give it to your driver when they next visit. We would be happy to recycle it.
Are you able to clean suede, leather and fur items?
We most certainly can. Our team of experts have years of experience in caring for suede, leather and fur items and we are one of the very few dry cleaners that still provide these very specialist services. In fact, many dry cleaners ask us to offer this service on their behalf. However, we only offer these services direct to our clients. Please contact our concierge team to discuss your specific requirements.
Do you clean carpets, rugs and curtains?
We do. Some of our experts have even studied antique textile restoration, so your items are in safe hands. Please contact our concierge team to discuss your specific requirements.
Do you offer shoe cleaning and repairs?
We most certainly do. We are able to clean, repair and restore all kinds of shoes including carrying out colour restoration on leather shoes. Please contact our concierge team to discuss your specific requirements.
Do you offer alterations or repairs?
We certainly do. We have a team of expert seamstresses and tailors who can carry out highly specialised repairs and alterations. We are also able to visit you at home to complete a fitting if required. Please contact our concierge team to discuss your specific requirements.
Are you able to clean and repair handbags?
Yes we can. We offer a full handbag restoration service for all leather goods. This includes touching up colour, repairing damage and cleaning interiors. We can also recolour your bag should you wish. Please contact our concierge team for more information.

Is there anything you are unable to clean?
There isn’t much. However, on some occasions, we may feel that due to age or condition, the fragility of an item would result in it being damaged during cleaning. In these rare instances, we will contact you and discuss options before proceeding. If you have concerns about a specific item, please contact our concierge team who will be happy to advise.
What is your wedding dress preservation service?
Our wedding dress preservation service is used in order to preserve the life of your wedding dress for generations. As part of this service, you dress will pass through our 7 step cleaning process before being packed with acid free tissue into a bespoke, breathable box. This ensures your dress remains in pristine condition for years to come. Please contact our concierge team for more information.
